In this episode i tell you about my origin story and what has led me to be here with you recording the podcast. i open up one of my frameworks which i call the productivity cycle which is applies to the reason why people do the things they do and the decisions they make throughout their life. a very important part of the cycle is habits, which i go even deeper in and give you some internet links so you can become aware of habits and study them further. also how habits correlate with eating and diets. i hope you enjoy. don't miss this one :D much love. take care. -Sianoush
The Productivity Cycle:
1. Starts with a cause that usually starts with an event. A realization, an epiphany.
2. Extreme feeling of motivation and wanting to be productive.
3. Decision to do what you need to do and not fool around and waste time.
4. Taking the right Decisions creates good habits.
5. Motivation slowly fades away. and even if it refilled it doesn’t reach the peaks as after the epiphany or realization.
6. Mindfulness keeps good habits alive.
If one loses their good habits and they are replaced with bad ones. Then they must put themselves in a position to find a cause again. Therefore placing them at the top of this cycle again.
Here are the gifts that i promised At the end of the Episode :D
