In this episode i talk about how we can find a balance between taste and nutrients. Some people associate healthy food with being bland, tasteless, and sometimes even not tasting so good. This is not true, healthy foods can be made delicious by using the ninja tricks that chefs use in their cooking. Marinating, dips, dressings and fermentation are a few things we can do to make our food taste better. I talk about each of these things and explain what they are. I hope you enjoy.
